Discover La Fabrique, SYSTRA’s innovation incubator

La Fabrique uses collaborative workshops and a method based on design thinking to generate in-house transformations. It stimulates new ideas, accelerates the development of original concepts and imagines new business models to create outstanding services for clients. Workshops can also be arranged outside the company. More than half of the workshops are organised for partners and clients, such as an innovation project for SNCF (the French railway operator) or the development of several metro projects for DMRC (Delhi Metro).
